Friday May 7th
7:30pm-10:00pm

Saturday May 8th
10:00am-12:30pm

Entry Fee:
$25 per arm

Weight Classes:
Men's Right and Left Hand:

0-155lbs., 155lbs.-180lbs., 180lbs.-205lbs., 205lbs.-230lbs., 230+lbs.

Women's Right Hand:

Open

First set of challenge matches start at 1:00pm

I've been told that the Crowne Plaza does a shuttle service from the White Plains airport. You need to call ahead and set up pick up times with the shuttle.

The Northeastern Armwrestling Association and Toproll Armwrestling Elite are working together for the first time to bring you a day full of Championship Challenge Matches.

Three of the four Toproll belts will be on the line.

So far we have,

Challenger John Milne vs. Champion Bill Logsdon

Challenger Tom Nelson vs. Champion Frank Hirst

Challenger Don Underwood vs. Champion Ron Bath

UPDATE:

Dave Chaffee vs. Mike Gould Right Handed

Tommy Russell vs. Justin Kopa Right Handed

Luke Kindt vs. Ron Klemba Right Handed

We will be adding more matches to the line up.

We have two confirmed at the moment! Andrew is missing Gould's so he will unleash the left down there!!! Hope to have at least 6 total. And thanks for that. We had a blast last time.

Impressive card, that Frank Hirst has to be the most determined and underated puller in the country. continues to get wins on big name pullers . this is definatly his biggest challenge yet. im not going to bet against him!!! GET EM FRANK!!!!!!

No disrespect to Mike but Dave feels sick @ practice.Check out the video of last years Harley Pull when Dave made 225 class and pulled Mike in the overall. I know that was then but Dave only got better. I am sure Mike will be readyand the torney afterwards will be crazy.

Ill be ready to go as usual! Stronger than i have ever been. I know Mike will be a tough match. As far as Tom Nelson i beat him Right handed at the rotn but im sure he was only about 12% healthy ::)

Dave Chaffee will dominate! i like Tom but theres no way hes gnna beat Dave......especially if hes not 100%.

Dave may very well be one of the sports future untouchables......very near future that is. and hes cool as a fan to boot!

i would pull rick soliwoda, not sure how good of a match it would be and it sure as hell wouldnt be for money so i dont think he would be very interested in pulling me bc he wouldnt really have anything to gain from it other than "defending his title" of the northeast against an up and comer..im kinda lookin for a match with someone to try and up my ranking

Snook's an east coast 176 pound elite...right handed anyway. Can anyone remember a match where someone was fast enough and strong enough to snap Snook into a hook? I can't remember any. Kopa and Shoemaker are strong in a hook. I don't even think they can beat Snook in a hook if they agreed to start it there. JMO...any and all opinions are welcome...especially from Shoemaker or Kopa.

And Kopa, this isn't nut swinging, just observation. Nut swinging would be talking about a CT elite.

Bob, agreed with you about Snook being a 176 elite. And yes, I have seen him pulled into a hook and beat by my teammate T. Russell at AAAs in August 09.

OH...and...Once upon a time ....back in September 2009, I beat Shoey in a hook, so let me just assure you that I feel like I can make an educated opinion on Snook's hook. From what i've seen lately from Shoey, I DONT think Snook could pull through that right now....JMO....Kopa? IDK? ...yet

again, the bottom line is and whether you respect my opinion or not is....Snook is capable of having a good hook. But he's not using it anytime soon. I wouldn't either if I were him.

I'm sure you'll be awaiting opinions from the only armwrestlers you follow....who all reside in the NE.

Kopa, Shoey...the floor is yours.

Thanks for the input. I think I saw that match with Russell on Arm TV. I respect your opinion more than I respect mine...lol.

Kopa, Shoey, and Snook know where they are with regards to each other (or at least have a pretty good idea). That's why I am interested in what they think.

Ok here goes....Snook has a wrist of IRON...the dude will NEVER go into a hook on his own unless FORCED there and its incredibly difficult to do...even Shoe cant do it and he can get pretty much anyone in the hook. That said...if snook were to start a fresh match in a hook with Miller or Shoe, Snook would lose..as far as i go..i cant guarentee i would beat him but the Chances GREATLY increase to my favor...All this means nothing tho...u have to get the man there first and VERY FEW can do it. Great job at Arnold Snookums

We WILL see... in exactly 2 months on Mon you'll be headed back down to HICKVILLE dissapointed, embaressed and very sore BUT on the brightside you get to experience one of the best tournys in the Country..at least you can take that ONE thing back with you

Bob, "slow hook": I'd never beat Miller or Shoe. A "ready go starting in a hook": Miller and I have done this at practice........I feel good if I start there and hit into it................................and Miller is SLOW LOL...With Shoe, that wouldn't be smart for me to do that. Can't say either way with Kopa, don't think we've even pulled after a tourney inside. I'm sure there are lots of guys that can beat me inside, but a wise man once said " give me a big enough lever and I'll move the world". I got one long a$$ lever thats pretty good at avoiding hooks 8-)

Theres my opinion, take it for what its worth.

Don's performance was outstanding! if he beats Ron Bath then he will make himself solid in top 10 WOA rankings.Ron is much more solid in (arm) starting static angles than Devon is and that is why Don needs to be ready for the match to be stopped before it ends.if the match stops without Ron's wrist being bent back then Ron will win the match.if it stops while Ron's wrist gets bent back then a war will be expected by me.but still Don's hit may be strong enough to finish the match.i bet Ron will be training even harder after Don's performance at the Arnold's.
