Just wondering what makes someone active because I just seen Bryon Thomas in action on March 26th, and he looked as good if not better then I have seen him. He beat Chris Thomas and I watched him go up against a much heavier Bart Wood and I am sure if you ask him he would admit Bryon handled him. Bryon Thomas has pulled the Iron City for over 8 years and if you are looking to pull him I suggest you mark your calendars for the end of March early April 2011 for this event, because I am sure he will be there again.

Yeah, he is pretty good I guess. I hope to see more of him this year and beyond, because he is the goal for me. He is also my friend. As for people looking to pull him at the Iron City, I wouldn't hold my breath. It's a hook tournament, and I don't know of many people that would be too eager to start in a hook with Bryon, other than me of course :) See you next year, Dayne! Cobra Kai!!

Bryon didn't pull the Iron City last year. So his last tournament before March 26, 2010 was Feb 7, 2009 in the Ohio States. Because he had not pulled in over a year, he was not on the list. However, now that he has pulled as recently as 2 weeks ago, I think he should be back on the list. Active I guess would be if you have pulled within the last 6 months? A year is pushing it, but 6 months I think would be good as a general rule. JMO.

Ya but it was a 165 class that started in a hook not a 54 class

I agree that you can't base any ranking on a hook-style tournament, but he weighed around 155 that night, same as I did. It's just good to see Bryon pulling again in my opinion, and once he is back at 100%, I'd put him right at the top of the list.
